I read the previous testimonials, and quite frankly, I’m a little disappointed. I thought John’s exemplary treatment of my family was exclusive!! LOL! We are from Michigan; John was magnificent at servicing our needs from afar when our loved one died in Latrobe. Once we arrived in PA, John treated us as if we were friends, entitled to first class attention. I don’t impress easily; I was mightily impressed. Thank you, John.

John is nothing but caring and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. Very professional. Great rates. We won’t take our family anywhere else.

I would like to thank John. My mother passed Dec 18. She had prior arrangements with another funeral home that had closed and John took over the nightmare that the this closing cause. I called the number prior to my mom's passing and John answered with the most caring voice. When she died the hospice call John. He called me afterwards and came to me to sign the papers. He called me and arranged to meet me with the death certificate. He help me in recovering monies that were put in an insurance policy by the other funeral home. MONTHS later he called me to make sure I received the funds. It is so refreshing to come across a funeral director like John who truly cares about the loved ones of the departed. Thank you.
