Rocky Waters, Age 66, on Monday, June 19 2019.  He was currently of Baldwin Boro and formerly of the Northside section of Pittsburgh and Sharpsburg, MD. He is a US Navy Veteran and retired from the railroad.

Son of the late David L. Waters Sr. and Mary (Wilson) Waters.  Brother of David Lester (Shelly) Waters, Jr, James Edward (Carolyn) Waters, Joseph LLoyd Waters, Debora (Waters) Crampton (Roy Crampton) and the late Lester Clem Waters.  Nieces and Nephews.
