Carlettia Marie Armstrong, age 68, of Duquesne, on Friday, April 24, 2026.

She loved her family deeply, and that love was real and present in her own special way.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Celeste A. Armstrong,

Daryl D. Armstrong, and Quentin J. Armstrong; her bonus son, Leon M. Lowry; her grandchildren,

Niajia A. Lowry, Robert E. Robinson Jr., Messiah X. Armstrong, and Trinidy K. Manison;

and her siblings, Calvin Armstrong, Pamela Armstrong, Roberta Armstrong, and Carl Armstrong Jr.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Carl Armstrong Sr. and Leona Wilson;

her siblings, Santina Dennis, Lamont Dennis (Monty), and Lenard P. Dennis (Petty); and her nephew.
