Christine C. Miller, age 50, of Dormont, on December 30, 2021.

It is with great sadness that the Miller family (of Dormont)
announces the passing of their most precious angel Christine,
aged 50 years. Christine Carol Miller peacefully passed away
on December 30th. Chris was the beloved daughter of
Frances and Joseph Miller. Born on Christmas Day, 1971,
Chrissy is survived by her devoted, loving mother
Frances and her four siblings - Mary (Foley), Thomas, Deborah
(Weber), and Monica (Daniel Insogna). Chrissy is also
survived by her nieces, Layla and Danica, and her nephews,
Jeffrey and Michael. She was a devoted mother to her cat Cuddles.

It was much too soon for her to leave us.

In spite of muscular dystrophy (i.e., Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease)

shortening her life, Chris made great strides in helping others.

She initiated the Pittsburgh Chapter CMT Support Group,

which grew to over 100 members. She created the first CMT FaceBook Support
Group - “Chatty Friends”. Chris was not only known for her
kindness but for her insistence that every person counts.
She was a tireless advocate for people suffering from
disability. Her zest for life and easy smile inspired all who
knew her. Our crushing loss became heaven’s great gain.
Due to the Corona virus, a celebration of Christine’s life will
be planned, at a future date, for family and friends.
