Florence Lorraine Liebert
We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved Aunt Lorraine, or as the
great nephews and niece called her “Aunt Dorraine”, on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
She was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on February 23, 1943, daughter of the late
Joseph Leo and Florence Ruth Liebert.
Lorraine was a firm believer that a person should work as long as possible.
She was very proud that she was able to work at General Electric of Erie for 50
years. Lorraine was also an avid sports fan who loved the Steelers and Penguins
and watched or listened to the games faithfully.
Lorraine is survived by her Sister Audrey Liebert Hermann, nieces and
nephews Kathryn and Christopher Borkowski, Aulbrey, Nick, Gavin, Rylan and
Leeland Thompson, Aaron, Candi, and Finley Borkowski, Kylene, Eric, Mileah,
and Noah Rose and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved her dearly. In
addition to her parents Lorraine was preceded in death by her sister Mary Ann
Navagh, and brother Frank Liebert.
