Larry G. Coburn, age 79, of Penn Hills, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024
with his loving wife Beverly and devoted and loving family at his side passed peacefully.
Larry leaves to Cherish his memory, his faithful wife of 45 years, Beverly Coburn,
3 Children: Michelle Gainey (Edward), Dana Coburn, Derek Wilcox. 4 Sisters:
Ernestine Reed, Nadine Coburn, Veronica Patterson and Odessa Lewis.
4 Grandchildren : Ma'Riah, DJ, Joseph, Alexa and Darius. 1 Great Grand, Saint.
A host of other relatives, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was proceeded in death by his siblings : James Coburn, Bernice Coburn,
Virginia Coburn, Melvin Colburn Janet McKinley, Barbara Coburn, Donald Colburn,
and Brother in Law John Reed and friend, John Ford.
Larry retired from US Air, was a veteran of the US Army, a graduate of Pitt University
and a Deacon at St Paul Baptist Church, 6701 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh.
A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Larry will be remembered for his unwavering love,
his courage, and his deep commitment to his family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness,
bravery, and service, and he will be forever cherished by all those who knew and loved him.
Visitation with the family on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 10 a.m-12 p.m.
followed by Funeral Services in St Paul Baptist Church at 12 p.m.
