Age 46, of Gastoria, NC and formerly of Pittsburgh, who was born on August 21, 1970 to the late Kenneth Wade and Christine Jones Wallace.  Mother of Leon Wade, Lavelle and Derrique Smith.  Sister of Lachelle Freeman and Rev. Kenneth Wade.  She departed this life on Sunday, March 26 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center-Mercy in Charlotte, North Carolina.
