Dr. Regina Onda, PhD
“Aunt Gigi”, age 84, of the Oakland section of Pittsburgh and formerly of Hazelwood,
on Monday evening, November 30, 2020.
Regina was a faithful member of St Paul's Cathedral-Oakland.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Meszaros) Onda; Dr. Regina was a Professor of Dietary Science at the University of Pittsburgh and a Veteran of the US Army serving as a Captain in the Army Medical Specialist Corps. Beloved sister of Frances M. (Henry J.) Krason; Nieces Bridgette Barnes; Shelly A. (David) Warneke; Great Nephews Zachary (Kathyrn) Barnes and Grant Warneke. Cousins Julianna Onda and Albert (Denise) Onda and family.
Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul’s Cathedral 10 AM on Monday, December 7, 2020. Everyone please meet at the Cathedral.
