Wife of the late William Torsney and Thomas Smith; Mother of Robert (Miki) Smith and Joseph Smith,

Sister in law of Louise Seaman of Hazelwood.

Family received on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 5-7 PM in the New Elmer L Herman Funeral Home  located at 828 Richford St at Commonwealth Ave.  Duquesne, PA 15110.  Near Kennywood Park and West Mifflin High School.

Corona Virus protocol will be observed in the funeral home.
