and Joseph Smith, Brother of Louise Seaman.

Grandfather of Kaitlyn Marie, Kristen Margaret and Matthew, nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family on Wednesday from 2 pm -8 pm in the Elmer L. Herman Funeral Home,

5204 Second Ave., Hazelwood.  Burial will be in St Paul's Cemetery, Weirton, WV.
