William R. "Bill" Dalzell, age 89, of Upper St. Clair and formerly of Hazelwood on Friday, Nov. 11, 2016.  Husband of the late Patricia Louise (Fox) Dalzell.  Father of William R. (Kanly) Dalzell and Robert H. Dalzell.  Son of the late William H. and Catherine L. (Cranston) Dalzell.  Brother of Mary C. Kaminski of Fl.  Nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday, Nov 21, 2016 at 10 A.M. in St Stephen Parish 5115 2nd Ave Hazelwood.  Everyone meet at Church.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St Stephen Parish. Arrangements by Elmer L Herman Funeral Home, Hazelwood.
