Fran (Mary Frances) Kichty of Mars, (Formerly of South Hills, Monroeville and Greensburg)
passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at St. John’s Lutheran Home, Mars PA.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Joseph John Kichty in 2004; sisters, Helen, Grace and
brother, Richard; all of Arizona and Patricia Ann of Englewood, Colorado.  She is survived by
sisters Virginia, Greensburg and brother, Lawrence (Joan) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and three
children:  Alice (Dan) Gretch, Michael (Diann), and Diane (Tim) Byerly and grandchildren,
Megan Baird and William Kichty, Andrew and Kaila Byerly, and Gabrielle Gretch, and many
loving nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
Per Fran’s request, there will be no visitation or service.  Memorial donations in her name can be
made to Dormont Historical Society, 2832 Espy Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15216.
